License & Usage Guidelines

All of our projects and assets are licensed under the "All Rights Reserved" license.

This means that we reserve all rights to our projects and assets unless we explicitly state otherwise.

In the following list, these items are what we own and are ARR (All Rights Reserved) and what we do not own and are property of their respective authors/creators.

  • We DO own and license ARR custom assets; custom/original music and tracks, custom textures, and branding such as our logos and "Minecraft" titles.

    • IF you are a content creator and you are playing one of our projects with custom music, that is alright. Our music can be in your video or stream. But you CANNOT re-distribute our music and/or label them as yours.

  • We DON'T own every mod included in our modpacks. All rights go to their original and respective authors/creators.

Usage Guidelines

In the following list, we will explicitly say what you CAN and CAN'T do with our assets.

Assets ("mods", "modpacks", "resource packs", "datapacks").

What you CAN do with our assets:

  • You CAN use our projects in your modpack IF it's uploaded on CurseForge or Modrinth. No credit or additional permission required but it would be appreciated.

    • IF your modpack is exclusive to places like Discord, Ko-Fi, Patreon, ETC. They MUST not be locked behind a paywall. The opnly exception is that it's for "early-access" and your modpack will be released publicly.

  • You CAN use feature our projects in your video. No credit required but it would be appreciated.

  • You CAN use our assets for a resource pack IF its uploaded on CurseForge or Modrinth AND if it is for one of our projects. E.g. A resource pack to change the texture of an Marbled's Arsenal armor.

  • You CAN modify our mods only VIA resource packs, datapacks, and KubeJS.

What you CAN'T do with our assets:

  • You CAN'T re-distribute our assets, whatsoever.

  • You CAN'T modify our assets. E.g. unzipping a mod .jar and editing it directly.
